I had the delightful opportunity to attend an Intro to Rope session with them, and I highly recommend it, 100%, to anyone who is interested or curious. They held a lovely, safe and playful space where I felt completely welcome and at ease. It was clear that they have a wealth of knowledge and experience, but most importantly a deep love of the Art and great skill at communicating the beauty, as well as the practical how-to-s of playing with rope and relational dynamics. They always lit up when I asked questions, and were so happy to lean into the particular aspects I was interested in. I left feeling empowered and confident, and was able to easily put their transmission of the Art into playful practice. Hands down the best body worker I’ve ever worked with. Helped me to discover and release deep rooted traumas memories and events that had been buried in my subconscious and were causing tightness in my body. Most body work I’ve gotten in the past has been very surface level just working on the soft tissues themselves but this work has an added layer of depth and a spiritual component that can’t be replicated by just any practitioner. I was safely able to dive into myself and never had someone hold my vessel with such love and care in my entire life. If I could give 6 stars I would, 100 percent would recommend to anyone dealing with chronic pains or aches and has yet to find a solution for them.

I came to Misha for services during a very difficult time in my life, not only did Misha hold sacred space for me to fully be safe in my own skin, but Misha calmed my nervous system and helped me flush out old energy and clear my pathways for clarity and stillness.
