• All rentals must be booked in advance and paid in full to secure the date and time.

• Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

• We accept payments via credit card, Venmo, Zelle, cash or check

We understand that plans change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible within the limits of our scheduling.

For Full Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of the rental date are eligible for a 100% refund.

Partial Refunds or Credit:

Cancellations made 7–30 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking within 3 months.

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable, but may receive 50% credit toward a future booking, depending on the ability to rebook the slot.

No-Shows:

If you do not show up for your rental time and have not communicated with us in advance, no refund or credit will be given.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is possible up to 7 days before the rental date, pending availability.

One reschedule is allowed per booking.

Additional rescheduling requests may incur a 15% fee.

We maintain a set weekly class schedule. If you would like to book the studio during a time when a class is already scheduled, we offer limited overbooking privileges.

• Overbooking is only permitted with prior approval.

• The renter must pay a $100 cancellation fee per class that is displaced.

• This fee compensates the teacher and our community for the disruption and ensures the integrity of our schedule.

Please note: Not all classes are eligible to be canceled or rescheduled. We reserve the right to deny overbooking requests based on timing, prior notice, or community impact.

• Leave the studio in the condition you found it. A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left messy or requires excessive cleanup.

• Any damages to equipment or the studio will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in additional charges.

• No alcohol

• No smoking inside the studio.

• No illegal activity of any kind.

• Respectful volume levels must be maintained. Sound amplification must be pre-approved for evening or late-night use.

• Nudity or adult content is not permitted without prior written permission

Our studio includes a variety of props to support classes and sessions (e.g., yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, mats). These are available for limited use, but must be requested in advance.

• Use of props is conditional and subject to approval. Please confirm your needs at the time of booking.

• All props must be returned clean, neatly organized, and in good condition.

• If props are damaged or require extensive cleaning, a replacement or cleaning fee may be charged.

Studio instruments (e.g., sound bowls, drums, harmonium, chimes, etc.) are not available for use under any circumstances unless explicitly arranged and approved in writing prior to your rental.

Unauthorized use of instruments will result in a $200 fine and may affect your ability to rent the studio in the future.

Light, low-mess snacks are welcome. Please avoid strong odors, sticky foods, and common allergens. Alcohol is not permitted.

Full meals (including plated food, with utensils, or catering) require prior approval and incur a $200 food service fee.

All food must be fully cleaned up before the end of your booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply
