This longform series is designed to reinforce learning in an immersive and impactful way.

• Arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to review and sign waiver

• Wear comfortable clothing

• Bring a journal or piece of paper and something to write with for integration

• Refrain from eating 1.5 to 2 hours before our journey

• Silence cell phones when you arrive

This series runs as an eight session program on Tuesday nights from 7:30-9p at Midnight Wellness
